Beyond music, 60 East is the founder of the Happiness of Pursuit Festival, which ran for seven consecutive years, featured over 300 artists—including Juelz Santana, D12, The Pharcyde, and Suga Free—and drew thousands of fans. The festival has since evolved into the Happiness of Pursuit Arts Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to community events, education, and artist empowerment. In 2025, he expanded his creative impact with The Crossword Cipher, a crossword puzzle book designed to educate readers on independent hip-hop culture.
